Can Key of Epicord Battery Disconnect Switch with Key # 277-000096 be Removed when On
Question:
Can the key be removed while in the ON position? Is the unit weather tight? In other words does the back need to be enclosed? Thanks

The only time the key of the Epicord Battery Disconnect Switch with Key # 277-000096 can be removed is when the key is in the off position. The key has to be installed for it to be in "ON".
It can withstand some weather pretty easily like most wiring that you might find under the hood of an engine, but you wouldn't want to submerge it by any means.
