Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 24865, will fit on all models of the 2010 Ford Fusion including the sport with dual exhaust. This hitch installs exactly the same as Hidden Hitch Trailer Hitch, 60282, which has been discontinued, and we have pictures and a video of it installed on a 2010 Fusion with dual exhaust. I have provided a link to the video for reference.
The recommended ball mount but for the Draw-Tite Hitch is # 3594. For a ball you can use # 19256 (1-7/8 inch diameter) or # 19258 (2 inch diameter). For trailer wiring, you will need T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector, # 118422. I have included a link to the installation details and a video showing a typical installation of this wiring harness.
