Will Front Mounted Spare Tire Carrier Have Effect on Cooling System for 2013 Dodge Ram Pickup

hello, im really interested by this product 65063 for a ram 2500 Hemi 5.7 4x4 2013 and was wondering if the cooling system will be affected if im using a spare front tire. i live in the Yukon territory and that will be mostly to be used in the summer. yours truly.
