For your Rockwood A213HW A-frame camper, the Ram Scissor Stabilizer Jack - 18-3/4" Travel - 2,500 lbs - Qty 1 # TJSC-24 will fit and work well. This stabilizing jack will extend up to 23-3/4 inches and will collapse to 5 inches. From what I can find online for your trailer, it looks like you have 12 inches of clearance from the ground to your frame so this stabilizing jack will work very well for your application. The mounting flange is 10 inches by 3-1/4 so the location of your installation will need this footprint.
