You can change your trailer tires and wheels to 14-inch from the 13-inch you currently have if you have enough clearance for the new tires and wheels. You will also need to make sure the new wheels you get have the same wheel bolt pattern as the wheels you currently have. I have attached a link to a helpful article that explains how to determine the wheel bolt pattern of the wheels you have.

Depending on the size wheel and tire you go to you can see up a three-inch diameter difference. You will want to make sure you have at least 3-inches of clearance between the top of your tire and the fender.

I have attached a helpful article that has a tire size chart you can check out. In the right column of the chart, the overall diameter of the tire is shown.

I have also linked our product page for the 14-inch tire/wheel combos we offer. You can choose the combos with the right bolt pattern you need for your trailer. I do recommend a combo with a radial tire like part # TTWA14RWS. This is an St205/75R14 radial tire that has a maximum load capacity of 1,760 lbs at 50 psi. The overall diameter of this combo is 26.14 inches, and it has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern.
