The Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack, # TH9058, is a great rack for carrying two bikes on a road trip. The Thule Camber can mount in either an 1-1/4 or 2 inch trailer hitch. The rack uses anti-sway cradles to keep the bikes from swinging into each other while in transit. However, there are a couple things you need to keep in mind.
The total weight capacity of this Thule bike rack is 75 lbs. Make sure that the total weight of your bikes does not exceed 75 lbs. Additionally, the per-bike limit is 37.5 pounds. Exceeding the weight capacities might cause the rack to fail while in transit.
Also, if one of the bikes has an alternative bike frame, like a step thru or women's bike, then you will need a bike adapter bar. I recommend the Kuat Ubar Bike Adapter Bar, # UB01. This bar will allow you to hang an alternative frame bike on the Thule Camber hanging bike rack. This is addressed in the video to help you determine if you need it or not.
