The Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar - Car Mount - 2" Ball - 6,000 lbs # RM-501 is compatible with the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521448-4 that are confirmed to fit your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I recommend using the Loctite Threadlocker # LT37420 for the installation of your base plates. I recommend using the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs # RM-643 with this combination.

For your tow bar wiring, I recommend using the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which will give you a coiled connecting cable as well as a 6-way trailer connector on the front of your Jeep. This will allow you to utilize more functions from your tow vehicle and will use diodes to utilize and yet protect your Jeep wiring for light functions.

For your supplemental braking, I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251. This system is a very reliable system that applies the brakes in your Jeep at the same time and with the same amount of force as you brake in your tow vehicle. This system is our installation team's favorite because it is a system that only requires adjustment at install and then becomes a plug and play system. It utilized inertia sensors to help with deceleration and also senses when you apply the brakes. You will need the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400 to keep your Jeep's brake signal from overriding the turn signal sent from your RV.

The last thing you will need is the correct height ball mount for your Stowmaster. I've attached an article to assist and linked the page to your ball mount options.
