These can be used with the Dexter 4 on 4 Complete Hub-and-Drum Assembly - for Hydraulic Brakes - 2,200-lb Axles # 8-276-5UC3. This assembly is for spindles with measurements of 1.063 inches for the inner diameter of both the inner and outer bearing. I've attached an article to help you measure your spindles to confirm a bearing fit.
For your brake lines, I recommend the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Single Axle - 18' # 18SI-BLKIT and that will connect to the Demco Hydraulic Trailer Brake Actuator - Drum Brakes - Zinc Plated - 2" Ball - 6,000 lbs # 8605001.
