I have attached a great article at the bottom of this page that details all the components needed to install electric brakes on a trailer. The particular parts you need will depend on the camper's axle capacity along with the inner and outer bearings that are used on your existing hubs. This is needed to determine the correct hub and drum assemblies that will fit the spindles on the axle.
If you can tell me the inner and outer bearing numbers, which should be stamped right inside the bearings themselves, I will be happy to recommend specific hub assemblies.
In general though to make this conversion you will need the mentioned hubs, the electric brake assemblies themselves, wiring, and a brake controller on the tow vehicle. If the trailer isn't already equipped with a 7-Way connector I recommend using the Trailer Wiring Upgrade Kit # HS381-9000 that includes the 7-Way and wiring along with a junction box to allow for an organized setup.
If you can tell me what vehicle you plan on towing the trailer with I can also recommend the specific components you will need to add to it, such as the brake controller and 7-Way harness.
