Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2011 Ford F-150 Towing Fifth Wheel Trailer
Question:
My truck squats about 3inch measured at the fender well to ground when pulling my travel trailer and has some bucking when hitting bumps while going down the highway. What suspension products would you recommend that are compatible with my truck and the Superglide hitch w/install kit #3119 that would help with suspension/sag headlight aim, handling, etc. and ride while towing? Thank you!

For your 2011 Ford F-150 the suspension enhancement setup you would want is the Timbren kit part # TFR1504D which is a confirmed fit for your truck as well as compatible with in-bed hitches like your fifth wheel. This will help greatly with the sag you are experiencing. You should verify that you're not exceeding the towing capacity of your truck as well though.
The air bag setups for your truck don't fit with in-bed fifth wheel hitches plus they are a bit more of a hassle since they require running air lines and maintaining air pressure.
