The bolts you are looking for that will work with the replacement clamp foot # TAPT-27300 is part # TA7521446001.

There are 8 bolts in the package.

The best solution we'll have is a replacement fastener kit for the TracONE ladder racks part #TA01-27016 which comes with all new hardware.

The Thule Hullavator #TH898 is designed to fit the same channel dimensions that your TracRac ladder rack has so there really isn't any reason the Hullavator couldn't fit the TracRac bars. TracRac is also made by Thule as well.
