What Tire Pressure Does Trailer Tire Need, PSI Listed on Tire or on Trailer Frame  

Question:

my Flagstaff says 55 psi cold, but the tires I just bought from etrailer says 95psi. Whats correct?

With tire pressure you have to go by the pressure rating that's listed on the tire sidewall. Most likely your old tires were of a different size or Load Range and that's where the 55 psi rating came from.

If you don't inflate your trailer tires to the max figure listed on the sidewall they won't have the full capacity and they most likely will get hot and fail as well.
