The Falcon 2 tow bars that you have will work. For your 2011 Ford Fiesta you would need a Roadmaster Base Plates for the Ford Fiesta, part # 524425-1, as a base plate kit.

The base plates that are on your 99 Saturn are not designed to install on your 2011 Ford Fiesta and would not work for you.

You will need to use the quick disconnect bracket from the Saturn base plates. If you did not keep them you would need a RoadMaster Quick Disconnects - Car Side Only, part # RM-222.
