The item you selected, Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel, part # AM20514, will fit the tires you have, 195-60/R15, but it is not recommended. The reason it is not recommended is because the tires you have are vehicle tires, not trailer tires. Trailer tires have thicker side walls and are made to withstand the load and weight being carried on a trailer. A trailer tire will have the letters ST at the beginning of the size, for example, ST235/80R16.
For trailer tires that will fit a 15 Inch wheel, you could use tire size ST205/75R15, like the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire, part # AM10244 or tire size ST225/75R15, like the Karrier ST225/77R15 Radial Tire, part # AM10256. These are the smallest tire sizes we have available for 15 Inch wheels. You will want to check the outer diameter of the tires listed on the product pages to determine if the tire you select will work on your trailer.
You always want to have the tires of your trailer inflated to the maximum PSI rating at all times. If they are not inflated to maximum PSI, the thick sidewalls can heat up and wear faster than normal.
I have linked an FAQ on trailer tires that you may find as a good reference.
