Recommended Snow Tire Chains for 2015 Lexus RX350
Question:
The Tire Size for my Lexus RX350 is 235/55-R19. For this product TH01594247, I see you have listed that 235/55-R19 will work. However Konig/Thules recommendation is to use size 250. Is this situation that the tire is right in between the sizes and either 247 or 250 would work one at the tight end, one at the loose end 2 As a tire, 235/55-R19 is almost identical in dimension to 235/60-R18. Any insight why does Konig recommends size 247 for 235/60-R19 but recommends 250 for 235/55-R20

For the 235/55-R19 tires on your 2015 Lexus RX350, I recommend the Size 247 Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH01594247 that you referenced in your question. These chains are confirmed to fit your tire size and will provide a tight and secure fit for superior traction on snow and ice. The internal clearance required with these chains is 12 millimeters.
When going through the fit guide for both the 235/55-R19 and 235/60-R19 tires, Konig recommends the Size 247 tire chains. Size 250 Konig Snow Tire Chains like # TH01594250 are not designed to fit your sized tires.
Also keep in mind that I did look at your vehicle's online owner's manual, and Lexus states to only use tire chains on the front two tires.
I have attached a link that will take you to our available selection of tire chains that will fit y our 235/55-19 tires.
