I have a couple of different options for you to use chocks that are compatible with the 10 inch space between your tires.

My first recommendation is the Super Grip Chock Wheel Stabilizers # UF21-001091. This chock system can fit wheel spacing from 1 inch - 10-1/2 inches.

If that 1/2 inch of leeway is not enough for you, we also have the Super Grip Chock XL Wheel Stabilizers # UF21-001095 which fit wheel spacing from 3-1/2 inches - 17 inches.

For a distance of 1-1/2 inches between the tires we have the Ultra-Fab Chock and Lock Wheel Stabilizer #UF21-001060 which would work great, the part #UF21-001091 you referenced has a minimum of 5-1/2 inches so it would not work.
