You could perform the installation of the Tornado 360-Degree RV Holding Tank Rinser # CAM40126 yourself if you wanted or have it professionally installed. The installation instructions are as follows so you can determine if it is something you want to tackle:

1. Empty sewer holding tank. Leave the drain valve open during installation of the unit and while the silicone cures.
2. Locate a central point on sewer holding tank, preferably on the end opposite the discharge valve for mounting the Tornado.
3. Measure down 2 inches from the top of the tank and tape template provided to the tank.
4. Drill five pilot holes with a 1/8 inch drill bit at indicated points.
5. Drill a 1-3/4 inch hole at the center hole and clear shavings from the opening.
6. Insert Tornado into the 1-3/4 inch hole with flat flange facing upward and checking that alignment is correct. If the tank has sloped sides you may choose to install the spacer provided between the tank and Tornado to level the spray head.
7. Remove dirt, grease, and moisture from area around the opening. Apply 100 percent silicone sealant into the 1/8 inch holes. Cover entire inside flange of Tornado with 3/16 inch of silicone sealant. If the spacer is used also apply silicone to the spacer. Do not get any silicone on the Tornado spray head.
8. Install Tornado into 1-3/4 inch hole. Secure flange to the tank with four 3/4 inch long screws. If the spacer is used then use two 1-1/4 inch long screws for the bottom holes and two 3/4 inch long screws for the top holes. Oozing silicone indicates a continuous seal. Wipe away excess silicone. Allow the silicone to dry for the time specified in the silicone instructions before using the Tornado.
9. Locate a point on the RV within provided hose length of the Tornado.
10. Hold bracket in this location and mark two mounting holes. Drill 1/8 inch holes.
11. Secure the bracket with two 3/4 inch long screws. If mounting to the frame use #8 machine screws, lock washers, and nuts.
13. Route the hose to the Tornado and cut to length.
13. Slip clamp onto end of hose.
14. Slip hose onto male hose fitting and secure with clamp on the smallest diameter of fitting. Note: To make assembly easier dip the hose into hot water and lubricate fitting with soap.
15. Connect hose from Tornado to outlet of remote flusher connection.
16. Attach enclosed caution sticker near remote flusher location.
17. Connect water supply and check for leaks before using tank.
