Over-Under Kit For 5th Wheel Trailer That Doesn't Sit Level With 2016 Ram 2500
Question:
Just bought a 2016 Ram 2500 and it sits higher than my previous truck. It is not lifted. Using the same 5th wheel hitch, my camper is no longer level when towing. How can I adjust it so that it is level. I have a 2015 Puma Unleashed 5ht wheel.

You may be able to make adjustments in the hitch height and your pin box height on the trailer. If that doesn't help, you can use an Over-Under Kit to "flip the axles" on your trailer. This basically puts the axle that used to sit on top of the leaf spring underneath the leaf spring gaining you a lift of the diameter of your axle. We have # K71-384-00 for 2-3/8 inch axles and # K71-385-00 for 3 inch axle applications. Your hitch most likely will have the adjustability to help you travel level with this application.
