The Thule Passage 2 trunk-mount bike rack # TH910XT is a confirmed fit on your 2011 Volkswagen Golf and to add anti-theft security you can use the Passive Security strap # TH533 to help secure the rack to the car, and cable lock # e98891 to lock the bikes to the rack.
