Troubleshooting 12V Power Wire On 7-Way Vehicle Side Connector
Question:
The electric tongue jack, landing gear and slide dont work. All the light do work though. This is on my camper. I know its my truck side because I hook it to another truck and it all works.

It sounds like you aren't getting the power you need at the 12V on your 7-way. In this instance it may not be good enough to use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 because you said the lights work. You will need to use a voltage meter like the 7-Function Digital Multimeter # PT89ZR. You should be getting 12V on this pin of your 7-way connector. I've attached a photo to help.
You may need to run a new wire like # 10-1-1 to your 7-way along with a circuit breaker.
I typically recommend a 40 amp circuit breaker, like part # PK54540, or a 40 amp in line fuse. If your trailer is only rated at 30 amps, then you could just add a 30 amp circuit breaker, like part # PK54530, or a 30 amp in line fuse with a properly rated fuse holder.
