Does Rhino Rack Roof Rack for Naked Roof 2013 Toyota Highlander Attach to Factory Fixed Points

Question:

I own a 2013 Toyota Highlander. I would like to install a roof rack system, but have no factory rails. I do have the points in which I can bolt into the channel. Will this system or the Thule bolt into the points and thus not have the door clamp? It looks like this system does - but hard to tell when pictures are different from Make and Model. In other words are they channel mounted?
