The Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit, item # RP30035, will work great in an 8 foot bed 1995 Ford 3/4 ton.
The RBW UHS-88-15, fifth-wheel hitch is not compatible with the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit, item # RP30035 though. You will need to contact an RBW dealer to get the proper installation hardware for the UHS-88-15 hitch.
If you would like an economical setup that uses standard base rails, the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 16,000 lbs, item # RP30047, along with the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit, item # RP30035, will work great with an 8 foot bed. For a 6 foot bed truck the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Round Tube Slider # RP30075, would be the most economical choice along with the Universal install kit.
You may also need Wiring in the bed of your truck for connecting the fifth-wheel trialer. The 7-Way Pre-Wired Car Connector, 7 foot Lead, item # 20023, can used to install a connector in the bed. We have a video installation for you to review that may help.
I would also recommend using some Liquid Electrical Tape, item # SWC50122, to protect the connections from moisture and corrosion.
