Yes, there is a custom install kit for fifth wheel hitch on your 2011 Ford F-150 with the 5-1/2 foot bed. You can use # RP50081-58.
As for the Curt E16 Fifth Wheel Sliding Hitch # 16516 can be an issue in a 5-1/2 foot bed. One problem is the hitch often slides back far enough to make contact with the tailgate. Another that even with the slider there still isn't enough clearance to make a 90 degree turn.
The best way to tow a fifth wheel trailer with your truck is to use a fixed hitch and replace the trailer's pin box with a Sidewinder. Depending on your trailer this won't even guarantee you'll be able to make a full 90 degree turn in a tight spot but it will be your best bet.
To find the correct Sidewinder to replace your current pin box you'll need the model number of your current one.
