For your 2016 Kia Sorento I suggest the Curt # C13195. This is a Class III hitch that will fit 2 inch ball mounts and accessories. It's designed specially for your Kia.
If you're going to be towing a trailer you'll also need wiring to power the trailer's lights. If your Sorento has the tow package use # C56332. If not use # C56256.
I've attached install videos of the hitch and both harnesses.
Depending on your trailer you may want an adjustable ball mount. I've linked our selection that will fit the 2 inch hitch receiver, as well as an article to help you determine the proper rise or drop you need. You can use # BX8858 for a locking hitch pin or # PC3 for a standard pin and clip.
