Recommended Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch for 2017 GMC Denali 2500 with Factory Prep Kit & 6.5-Ft Bed

2017 GMC Denali 2500 Diesel 6-11/2 foot bed and factory 5th wheel prep 2007 Cyclone Toy hauler 39foot long I could not get any advise from the dealer on hitches. They didnt seem to know anything about the prep package. My truck has the fifth wheel prep package. The fifth wheel is a 2007 Cyclone 395 toy hauler. Can you please let me know what all I need to purchase to haul this fifth wheel. Thank you

For your 2017 GMC Sierra 2500 with factory 5th wheel prep and 6-1/2-foot bed you will need a slider type hitch to provide enough turning clearance for low-speed turns. All suitable options are shown on the linked page.
Since your trailer weight is in the range of 11K, I suggest the Curt 16K-rated hitch # C16521 along with the matching installation kit # C16023. The install kit drops right into your factory pucks and the hitch then drops right in to the install kit.
This Curt hitch features a full 12-inches of slider travel and a fully articulating 360-degree-pivoting head assembly that will make it easier to hitch the trailer when you're on uneven ground.
