Supplemental Braking System Recommendation for 2006 Saturn Vue being Flat Towed
Question:
I have a 2000 Itasca sunflyer 34 ft. ford chassis towing 2006 Saturn vue. V-6 awd Can I use a surge brake system? what would you recommend?

For supplemental braking for a vehicle being flat towed I tend to avoid recommending the Blue Ox AutoStop as our installers don't care for how difficult the install is or the braking performance.
The easiest system to set up and use is the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR, that applies the vehicle brakes in proportion to how much the tow vehicle is braking. This is the safest way to stop and it reduces wear and tear on both vehicles.
