I have a 2015 Subaru Outback wagon with factory roof cross bars. I would like to put my older 6pr pull top ski rack in but need clamps. Can you tell what I need to order?

For your older Thule Pull Top carrier the part # TH7520970001 will replace what you currently have and allow the rack to fit on the factory bars of your 2015 Subaru Outback.

I reached out to Thule and found that the difference between the Replacement 20 mm SpeedLink Mounting Hardware Assembly for Thule SnowPack Ski and Snowboard Carrier #7521241002 and the 13 mm #7521241001 is the length of that center bolt/screw. You…

The C36 is a discontinued mounting bracket which was used on the Thule 724/725 ski carriers. The Mounting Kit #7533998 is designed to fit these carriers and will fit your roof crossbars on your 2017 Toyota Highlander.

You'd want the shorter 13 mm Speedlink you referenced for your Thule Snowpack with the part #7521241001 that you referenced.

Yes the replacement clamp part #7521241001 would easily fit on a crossbar that measures 67 by 23 mm. It attaches by wrapping around the bar with the strap that is on the bottom of the clamp.
