The Draw-Tite Max-Frame # 76128 is confirmed to fit your 2017 Honda CR-V. Unfortunately, we have not had the chance to install the hitch and make a video as of yet. I have linked the install instructions for you on this page.
If you're going to be towing with your Honda and need a ball mount the adjustable B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS10035B provides up to 3 inches of drop or 3-1/2 inches of rise. It also features the ability to be stored under the hitch when not in use. Use lock # BX8858 to secure it to your hitch receiver. If you prefer a different ball mount, I've linked our selection that will fit the Class III Draw-Tite hitch as well as an article to help you determine the correct rise or drop you need.
