Hello, Can you please advise the step rise maximum/minimun height between step treads for entry stairs to RV. We have a Whitehaven Winnabago. We have single step at the moment, looking to change to a two step. Cheers

Even though the customer gets to make the ultimate decision, you are limited to what can actually work on your Whitehaven Winnebago. Since almost every situation is different, I cannot accurately give you a recommendation for your steps unless I know the size and drop of your current steps.
We have a variety of universal fit steps including manual pull out steps and electric steps with drops ranging from 6 inches to 9 inches. Other dimensions that you will want to consider before choosing replacement steps is the width of your current steps at the mounting bracket and how much ground clearance you have with your existing steps. Once you have this information, we can choose a step that will fit your RV.
TorkLift recently released the GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps, part # TLA8102 and part # TLA8002. These are their 2-step options. Part # TLA8102, has a mounting bracket width of 25-7/16 inches and # TLA8002 has a width of 27-7/16 inches. These two options will work as replacements for most of the OEM RV steps on the market. The nice thing about these steps is that they come with landing gear feet, so they can accommodate different ground heights and provide steady support. I have attached a demonstration video of these steps for you to check out.
I have also included a link to our selection of RV steps. You can narrow your search down by picking out specific features that you would like.
If you let me know the dimensions of your current step, I would be happy to give you a more specific recommendation.
