Lockable Roof Rack and Snowboard Carrier for 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

does the rhino racks offer any kind of security locks of any kind for the racks, I would hate to come back after a day of snowboarding to find the racks gone because all it takes is a screw driver and a few bolt to pop off the rack

The Rhino-Rack Roof Rack # RRSG59 mentioned in your question for your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is not compatible with any key lock system. However, they do have built-in security hardware because the legs can only be loosened by the special tool that comes with the roof rack. This roof rack has a weight capacity of 88 pounds, though you will want to check your vehicle owner's manual for its roof weight capacity.

If you would like a roof rack that can be locked to your Jeep with a key, you will need the Rhino Rack Heavy Duty Roof Rack System, parts # RB1500B-2, # RRRLT600, # RTC12JWMY11 and # RRQMHD05-2. This system has a weight capacity of 110 lbs.

For a Ski and Snowboard Carrier that will work with either of the Rhino-Rack Roof Racks, I recommend the Rhino-Rack # RR576. This can hold up to 4 snowboards or 6 skis and comes with a lock on each unit. For use with the Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty Roof Rack, you will just need the adapter # HD-FK1.
