How to Transport Bike on 2015 Honda Fit with Roofline Spoiler

The fairly large roofline spoiler on your 2015 Honda Fit does pose a challenge to installing most trunk-mount type bike carriers like the Thule Passage 2 # TH910XT. This rack fits your car EXCEPT for versions like yours with the roofline spoiler.
The best way to transport bikes on your vehicle is to install a hitch and use a hitch-mount carrier. Advantages of this route are that your car's fairly thin sheet metal does not have to support the weight of two bikes and rack (easily 100-lbs total). You also do not have to give up use of a rear wiper, if you have one, as you do with trunk racks. You also gain the option to use other hitch-mount accessories such as a cargo carrier. Hitch racks can be securely locked to your hitch whereas trunk racks can only be equipped with a theft-deterrant cable.
