Availability of Thule Roof Bike Rack that Can Attach to Top Channel Mount of Ladder Rack Crossbar
Question:
598 does not fit my aerobars regardless of what screws I use those that came with the 598, or the adapter kit I purchased. And I love the lack of instructions.

The crossbars in the picture look to be pretty thick. Are they ladder rack bars? We have found that most ladder racks have bars that are too thick. I attached a link to the install instructions for the Criterium though.
Is there a channel on the top of the bars? There might be a way to install a different rack that uses a channel mount like the Thule ProRide # TH598004 which is very similar but can mount in the top channel of a crossbar.
