To make sure you find the right replacement hubs you can do a couple of things. First check out the bearing and see if you can find the numbers for the bearings either etched or stamped on the side of the bearing.

If you can not find the numbers you will need to measure the spindle. I have attached a drawing that shows where you need to measure the spindle to find the right replacements. The drawing also shows where to measure for a seal as well. You will also need to measure the inside of the hub to find the right replacement. It is best to measure the spindle and hub with a digital caliper like part # PTW80157.

The tire/wheel combo you mentioned, part # AM3H490 is rated to be able to handle a maximum load of 1,650-lbs at 90 psi. The pilot hole on the combo is 2.8-inches diameter.

If you do not have brakes on your trailer the idler hub I recommend is part # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K. This hub comes with the inner bearing (L68149) and race, outer bearing (L44649) and race, grease seal, grease cap, and nuts included. This hub will work with wheels from 13 to 17-1/2 inches and it has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern, so it will work great with the # AM3H490 tire and wheel combo you mentioned. If you have brakes on your trailer I recommend part # AKEBRK-35L-SA for the driver side brakes and part # AKEBRK-35R-SA for the passenger side. If you have brakes the hub I recommend is part # AKHD-545-35-K. The inner bearing (L68149) and race, outer bearing (L44649) and race, grease seal, grease cap, and lug nuts included.
