Recommended Square A-Frame Jack With 5000 lb Capacity

DO YOU HAVE THIS TYPE OF JACK WITH THE SAME HOLE PATTERN BUT IN A 5000 #? IF NOT , IS THERE A SET OF HEAVY DUTY BEARINGS THAT WOULD FIT THIS JACK ?

My recommendation is the Square A-Frame Jack w/ Footplate - Drop Leg - Sidewind - 15-1/4" Travel - 5,000 lbs, # TJDA-5000S. This jack has the same mounting as the Bulldog Square, A-Frame Jack - Drop Leg - Topwind - 15" Lift - 3,000 lbs, # BD195318 you mentioned. The only difference is that it is a sidewind jack instead of a topwind jack. We do not have a topwind option for square A-frame jacks with 5,000 lb capacity.
