Can a roof raft be installed on a Ford Edge with sun roof?

Any cargo to be loaded on a vehicle roof must be within both the roof's rated weight capacity and the roof's overall dimensions. Generally a sun/moon roof is not intended to support any weight, so you'll want to check your manual or with your local dealership about carrying weight on the roof. You will also naturally need to know the weight of the raft as well.
It may be preferable to install a roof rack that can support the raft without it resting directly on the glass sun roof.

If you have raised factory side rails that run front-to-back then you could use the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack - 58" Long # MPG216 which attaches to those side rails.
You will also need some type of cargo tie-downs to secure the raft to the roof rack. You can see all sorts of products like the 4-piece cam buckle strap set # IMF12637 on the linked page.
