Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13200 will fit a 2014 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. This is a Class III hitch with a 2 inch receiver opening. It bolts onto your Highlander with no welding. It will not fit with a full size spare tire.
I've linked an install video as well as the install instructions for you to look at.
If you're going to be towing with your Highlander and also need a wiring harness the Curt # C56217 provides a 4-way trailer connector and plugs right into the wiring behind a trim panel in the rear cargo area. The harness includes a converter that plugs in under your dash, on the driver's side. There's also a 10 amp fuse included that you'll need to install.
For a ball mount the B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS10033B is an adjustable ball mount with two hitch balls. It'll provide either 3 inches of drop or 3-1/2 inches of rise. The best part about it is it will flip under the hitch for storage when not in use. If you'd also like a locking hitch pin you can use # BX8858.
