I have no running lights on my trailer when connected to my 2011 dodge ram sport truck.

Under the hood of your 2011 Dodge Ram there should be a 20 amp fuse for the trailer running lights. It is a fairly common problem with your generation of truck that fuse ends up blowing.
There should be a legend on the fuse box or you can find it in your owners manual that details where all the different fuses are. Use that to find the correct fuse and replace it.
