Will Curt Trailer Hitch Reciver Fit on 2012 Ram 1500 Express with 1-1/2 Inch Body Lift
Question:
Im wanting to know if the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch will work with a 1.5inch body lift from Zone Off-road?

As long as the body lift doesn't interfere with any of the mounting points of the Curt # 13333 there won't be an issue. I've linked the installation instructions for you to take a look at.
Since your truck is raised you may need a ball mount that is adjustable. The B&W Tow and Stow # BWTS10038B is a great option and includes two hitch balls. It flips over and stores under the hitch and out of the way when you're not towing. You use the locking hitch pin # BX8858 to keep it secure to your Ram.
For a wiring harness the Hopkins # HM48925 will provide you with a 4-way trailer connector once hardwired into your truck's wiring.
