Is The Curt Q20 5th Wheel Hitch Compatible With The Reese Outboard Installation Rail Kit?

Question:

I have currently have the reese RP56009-53 installed in my dodge pickup and I notice that it is taller. Will the curt 16130 20k hitch work with this. I was using a rbw rocker and had to modify the front and rear tabs to sit flush on top of these rails for it to sit flat. reason I am asking this is that I am buying a bigger trailer and need this bigger hitch. Thanks

The rails are compatible with Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Husky, Reese and Valley 5th-wheel hitches.

The Curt Q20, # C16130, is a very nice hitch. It has a 2-Jaw locking system for less rattle and more security. It has a 3 point indicator system with color coding that tells you when the hitch is ready for which function. It has a 4 inch height adjustment from 13-17 inches, and it includes the plastic lube plate to let king pin guide smoothly into the hitch without the mess of grease. I think you'll be very happy with this combination of rails and hitch.
