To be able to use your Prodigy P3 Electric Brake Controller # 90195 in your 2013 Toyota Highlander you'll need the wiring harness # 20127 to connect to the P3 and hardwire into your vehicle. You'll also need the mounting bracket # TK5906.
For the wiring you will first need a 4-way trailer connector installed at the rear of the Highlander if you don't already have one. A compatible 4-way is # 118449. Then to add a 7-way connector you'll use our # ETBC7. This will provide you with the 7-way connector you need, as well as all the wiring to operate your trailer's brakes.
I've attached a video of the complete installation of the P3 on a 2013 Highlander that includes the # ETBC7. As well as videos on the products I mentioned explaining them further. I also linked a couple of help articles you may find useful.
