It sounds like you are looking for a Dual Hitch Adapter, see link. I would recommend the Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, item # RM-077-2, for towing a vehicle and using a bike rack in the top receiver.

You could use the Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Carrier, item # S64663, which would be a good choice, or any of the bike racks we have rated for use behind a RV that will fit in a 2 inch hitch, see link.

I sent a n email earlier but sure it went through. With the model 64663 bike rack and Roadmaster dual hitch receiver ... 2. Things ... Will the bike rack clear my spare tire. I have 14 from hitch pin to front of tire, and my. Honda weighs 4500 pounds. Can these items handle all these requirements? Thanks,Jack

With the addition of the Roadmaster Dual Reciever, you should be able to clear the spare tire. The dual receiver measures 10-1/4 inches from pin hole to pin hole. The bike carrier provides 10-1/2 inches from the pin hole to the upright arm. You will have over 20 inches from the pin hold on your RV hitch to the bike rack with the dual receiver. Just make sure to adjust the platforms to make sure the handle bars on the bike are away from the spare.
