What is the hole spacing?

There are 4 mounting holes on grab handle # PLR817-SS; 2 on each end. The holes on each end are spaced 1 inch apart on center. The top-most hole to the bottom most hole is 12 inches apart on center. And the other two holes are spaced 10 inches apart on center.
