Do Bike Frame Adapter Bars Add Movement To Bike Rack Setups

Do bikes sway much when using this bar?

When using an adapter bar like the part # 64005 you do not experience any more movement in general on the bike rack.
The amount of movement does depend largely on the setup of the bike rack though. If the rack has anti-sway cradles like the Thule Camber 2 # TH9058 the bike would not be prone to movement at all. I attached a review video for this rack as well.
