Will the Rolo cargo basket handle the weight of a spare off road tire, and are accessories like a jack mount and mount for the spare tire if Rolo does not make one compatible with this product

The Thule Canyon Roof Mounted Cargo Basket, # TH859XT, has a capacity of 150 pounds. However, the limiting factor is usually either the roof rack the basket is mounted to or the roof of the vehicle. You will need to check the capacity of each and abide by the lowest rated component in the system.
Thule does not have a jack mount or spare tire mount for this basket. I cannot say whether or not other brands will be compatible with the basket. The Yakima baskets # Y07070 and # Y07080, can each be used with the Spare Tire Carrier for Yakima Roof Rack Cargo Baskets, # Y07076.
