Will Grounding Brake Magnets to a Trailer Frame Cause Weak Braking

I grounded magnets right to trailer frame. Will this cause a problem.

Actually having the magnets grounded close to them is ideal. Nine times out of ten when you experience weak braking on a trailer it is because the brakes need to be adjusted. Even new brakes including new self-adjusting brakes will need to be adjusted before they can provide optimal braking. To see how to manually adjust trailer brake assemblies check out the video I attached, fast-forward to the 4:35 mark of the video. The tool used to adjust the brakes is # W80630.
