Congrats on this new journey. You are asking for a few things, so I'll give my recommendation for each. I will give you specific parts for your 2007 Santa Fe and if you need parts for another vehicle at a later date, I'd be happy to help.
For your 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe, I will assume you have the hitch, ball mount, hitch ball, and a four way flat and we will go from there. If not, I recommend the Draw-Tite # 75471 hitch receiver, the Tekonsha T-one # 118415, and an adjustable ball mount like the Convert-a-Ball # TK5007. We also will need a 2 inch ball like # 63845 and a pin and clip like # PC3.
To install a 7-way with wiring for a brake controller, you will want the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat, # ETBC7. This kit will take a 4-way flat and give you everything you need to wire a brake controller. It includes the wires, circuit breakers, connectors, and even zip ties. I've attached a video for you of an installation, but the instruction are also attached.
For a brake controller, I recommend the Prodigy P3 proportional, # 90195. This is an easy to read brake controller that will give you the information you need without needing to decipher codes. It has a LCD screen that give clear information from diagnostics to warnings. This paired with the 7-way trailer connector will give you trailer braking ability.
For sway control, I recommend the Reese Friction Sway Control Kit # 83660 for this application. This is an adjustable sway control bar that uses friction to reduce sway once it has started. You will need the bracket to attach this to your hitch, and that is # RP26003.
For your tires, I believe you have ST175/80D13 tires/wheels with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern on your pop-up from what I can find online. If this is the case, I recommend that for replacement wheels and tires you upgrade to radial tires. They will travel much better on the highway and give you better traction. I recommend the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" Aluminum Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # AM32001HWTB. I suggest an extra for a spare.
For towing mirrors, I recommend the K-Source Universal Towing Mirror - Clip On, # KS3891. These are easy on and off and will give you the view you need. This is one mirror, so if you want one on the passenger side too, you will want two of these.
I think you've covered what you need, but if you think of anything else let me know and I'd be happy to help. I've attached a few help articles to assist you on this new journey.
