Will this kit fit a 2010 Dodge Nitro ?

For your 2010 Dodge Nitro you will need a different wiring harness. I recommend # 118554 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle. The one that you referenced was designed for 2001 to 2003 Chrysler and Dodge mini vans but not your Nitro. I have linked a video showing an example installation of 118554 for you.
