I most enjoyed having worked with Seth. He was very helpful and very patient with me. He took as much time as I needed to make my decisions.

What I am most disappointed with, and no fault of Seth or etrailer com is that the rug set, that I had just bought started to fall apart before our second weekend out in our RV.

It had gotten slightly dirty over our weekend away, so I washed the rugs in our washer. I hung them up to dry, as I had done for years prior, with the same brand, same color of previous rugs and noticed when I put them back in the RV that the trim around the edge trim had pulled away, leaving a hole to eventually catch and trip over. I know from experience that after each trip, each washing, this will only get worse. It can’t be sewn and each rug in the set is vital to particular places in our RV. And, you can’t just buy one rug.

One use, one down. Makes me very disappointed. Where has the quality gone in the products that we sell?

I should have just packed up the entire set and sent it back, but I would have had to pay the postage and frankly the hassle with the manufacturer isn’t worth the high blood pressure. Plus, I need the rugs now and don’t want to wait for an entire new

We love our rugs and just bought a second set for our 5th wheel. We are heading into winter and need them as the floors are cold in the morning. These rugs are amazing as they do not move, have a low pile and color that blends in nicely with our decor without looking too busy.

The first time I shook out the rugs,which had sand on them the welting around the outside of the rug came off. I hand stitched it back on all three rugs. Now I just gently vacuum, I will probably throw away this summer.1742057
