I have a Bandw hitches in my pickup what companion hitch or the slider hitch in a 2016 chevrolet silverado 2500 hd. The bed is 6-1/2 feet.

Since your 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 has the 6-1/2 foot bed you will need the Companion slider, # BWRVK3400-5W. The slider travels 12 inches so you have more cab clearance when making tight turns. I have linked a video review of this hitch for you.
