I attached a picture that shows the bolt pattern and center hole diameter of the Brake Assembly part # AKEBRK-7R-SA that you referenced.

Hole diameter is 3-3/16 inches in diameter.

Sounds like you have 12 inch AL KO axles and need the part #23-105-106-09. If the upper bolts are slightly wider than the lower ones that is the correct kit you'd need.
